Who is Alex Brooks?

Alex specialises in writing about property and design, regularly contributing to Sydney Morning Herald’s Domain and House & Garden magazine. She has written under the name Alex May as well as Alex Brooks and has been the homes editor of New Woman. Her work has been published in the Sun Herald, Good Weekend, Australian Women’s Weekly, FHM, Mother & Baby, NW, Sunday Life, Sunday and Vive. She has written three books, including Planning Your Perfect Home Renovation, Good Suburbs Guide and Mortgage Stressbusters. She blogs on Domain and for the Sydney Morning Herald.
